This website, rotoran.com (the "Site"), is operated by Rotoran, a division of FalconBizz LLC ("Rotoran," "we," "us," or "our"), an Illinois limited liability company. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein, such as our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase products from us.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
2. Online Store Terms

3. Products, Orders, and Cancellations
All products offered through the Site are brand new and sold in original manufacturer packaging. Product images are for reference; always verify listed specifications (horsepower, voltage, RPM, phase, frame, and mounting) before ordering. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact our support team before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without authorization, or orders affected by pricing or inventory errors. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Orders may be canceled by the customer for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled through the process described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Purchases are subject to return solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, available on the Site. We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return your original purchase in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and place a new order. Replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy and do not constitute exchanges.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability to you or any third party.

While we work to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We currently ship only to physical addresses within the continental United States. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.
